Hyde Park

Hyde Park in the snow
06/02/12
This photograph was captured yesterday several hours after sunrise. Really I should have been here much earlier for pristine snow. But having processed the image I quite like the tracks leading into the photograph. For the last 7 months I've been based in Bond Street and I run regularly in Hyde Park, London. I run through this avenue of trees and every time I pass I enjoy how the lampposts lead you into the scene and how the trees frame them on either side. For an interesting photograph it needed something extra; some snow or a veil of fog. Finally the former arrived and I captured this photograph.
